Bookings Coordinator / Contact Centre Agent
An opportunity to work for one the UK’s fastest growing training companies.
We are looking for contact centre agents to work as Booking Coordinators within a Warwick based training company.
Salary - £16,500 - £18,000. Location - Warwick
Full and Part Time available. 35 hours a week for Full Time
Hours - Monday to Friday normal working hours, 9 -5pm. One hour for lunch.
We have interviews taking place on the following 11th October 13th October & 17th October
What will your role involve?
Taking inbound calls from customers regarding queries and complaints
Making outbound calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Liaising with internal departments
Responding to customer cancellations
Providing a constant good level of customer service within a timely manner
NO cold calling
What do we require from you?
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
To be able to work well within a team and individually
Experience of working within customer service
Previous administrative experience with Microsoft Office
