We are currently recruiting for a Transport Office Administrator for an established Telford Based Company. Offering a salary of £16,500 and excellent additional benefits including company pension, share option, excellent holiday entitlement in a busy working environment.

The purpose of the role, working closely with the Transport Supervisor is to be the face of the company meeting and greeting all visitors onto the site and ensuring the highest levels of health & safety are adhered to at all times.

Daily duties will include:
  • An effective communicator you will be the face of the company meeting and greeting all visitors to the facility
  • General Administration duties including the accurate recording of driver holidays, hours and scheduling and all other associated paperwork

Your working hours would be Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm with 1/2 hour for lunch
