Office Manager / PA to Director
Public Practice Recruitment Ltd, based in Leamington Spa, is a specialist recruitment agency working with accountancy firms UK-Wide.
We are looking for a confident, experienced and motivated Office Manager who will be required to work autonomously and as part of the wider team. Qualities for this role include the ability to communicate effectively, efficiently time manage and use own initiative.
Applicants will be required to have a positive attitude, the ability to motivate others and be an influential role model who can lead the team from an administration/compliance perspective.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director the successful applicant will be responsible for PA duties; the overall administration undertaken by staff and day-to-day management of the office.
The successful applicant will be joining the company at a time of significant growth and expansion.
As part of the Operations Team the Office Manager will encourage cohesive working to support colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
The applicant should be able to demonstrate:

- A proven track record within a demanding administrative role
