Care UK is providing an Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) service across the West Midlands. The IUC service provides a 24/7, 365 days a year non-emergency telephone service to over 4 million patients in the West Midlands via NHS 111. We are simplifying the patient pathway by utilising specialist clinicians who can give advice to patients based on their clinical capabilities, and we are now looking for a Pharmacy Lead to join the team on a permanent full time basis. You will be based out of our NHS 111 call centre in Brierley Hill. Within this job, you’ll be responsible for: • Line managing the Pharmacy Advisors at the Clinical Hub, giving advice and support when needed. • Ensuring staff are recruited with appropriate skillsets and to participate in inducting new staff • Coordinating an effective and efficient audit process in order to monitor and evaluate standards of client care. • Identifying and dealing with cases of poor clinical performance
