Our prestigious client based in Erdington are looking to recruit an Administrator to working within their Purchasing department.

This role is based on growth within the company.

Duties include:

  • Entering purchase orders onto the in house system
  • Sending purchase orders to suppliers
  • Liaising with suppliers to arrange deliveries
  • Raising orders for stock level replenishments
  • Weekly consignment stock checks
  • Assisting with maintaining stock codes
  • Creating new codes
  • Maintaining cost price changes on access
  • Monthly KPI reporting
  • General Administration

Successful candidates must have:

  • Good standard knowledge of MS office
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Good organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload

Salary:

£ 17,000 - £ 19,000

Hours of Work:

37 hours per week between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
