Are you passionate about delivering a first class HR experience? Do you enjoy supporting your colleagues and advising on policy and processes? We're seeking a HR Hub Assistant for a 6 month fixed term period to work within a busy Hub team where you'll be the first point of contact for our managers and employees who are seeking HR Advice, providing an administration and advisory service across our business on all areas within an employee lifecycle. So that could be supporting pay reviews, bonus or other projects, payroll and benefits administration, changes to terms and conditions, and maintaining the data in our HR systems.

We're ideally seeking someone with previous HR experience, preferably working as an HR Assistant or on a HR Advice line. You'll need experience of first line customer support/advice as you'll spend a lot of time resolving employee and line manager queries over the phone. You'll be performing multiple tasks across multiple systems so strong IT skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be one of your biggest strengths, as you'll be listening and identifying where questioning is required when speaking to colleagues, so an empathetic approach is needed.

As a HR Hub Assistant, your key skills and competencies will include:

* The ability to work well in a team, sharing knowledge and being supportive
* University degree in HR/Management/Psychology
