As a Regional Business Manager your key role is to ensure that the regional team performance is optimized at all times through the implementation of a Strategic Regional Plan to maximize market access and sales brand performance. Accountabilities: Develop an integrated Regional plan with other key stakeholders to maximize market access and in market brand performance Lead and coach all members of the Regional team to deliver advanced Key Account Management Work to ensure that the Regional team performance is optimized at all times through implementation of a Strategic Regional Plan Drive business results and encourage a high performance culture Successful candidate will understand and be able to demonstrate the key capabilities that are required for the job. Qualifications Degree level education, preferably life sciences. ABPI qualified. Person/Experience Required Essential: You must have significant sales management experience within pharmaceuticals/healthcare and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in leading a high performance sales team. Excellent communication and customer influencing skills. Proven ability to lead and develop others. Strong project management skills and successful project co-ordination and/or management of Regional/National level initiatives. High level of attention to detail. Strong NHS knowledge. Advanced presentation skills. Strong numerical and data analysis skills/capability. Full driving licence and ability to travel throughout the UK. Competent user of Microsoft Office software products.
