Position Description:
The advertised role is to join a new vehicle Programme Management team and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work as part of the steering team in developing an exciting new product. The Programme Co-ordinator role is varied and best suits an individual capable of working on a number of tasks simultaneously. The role offers a high level of cross-functional and Senior visibility and will enable an individual to quickly build a broad contact base across the business. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to support, and where appropriate lead, individual and group tasks outside of the structured programme cadence. A level of flexibility in terms of tasks and input would also be of benefit. Also, , ensuring the programme is adhering / compliant with all JLR requirements for new programmes..

Skills Required:
Ability to work on multiple tasks in parallel, balancing priorities and workload to suit programme priorities.
Ability to recognise the appropriate level of programme management involvement required to complete delegated activities.
Confidence in communicating with and leading groups of peers through forums and working groups.

Experience Required:
Experience of working on project based activities balancing cost, quality and timing.
Also, supporting day to day programme governance and procedure requirements.

Experience Preferred:
Experience of Product Creation (PCS/GPDS or other) preferred.
