Recruitment Team Leader - IT Based Once you have had chance to study the spec below, feel free to give Sue a call. We currently seek a Recruitment Team Leader within the IT section of our business. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 year's proven recruitment experience in a sales based management role. With an abundance of self-belief; they will be driven, and professional, with ambition and resilience as pre-requisites. Their career to date will demonstrate a clear track record of delivery to a personal target. They will be able to lead by example ensuring that their own personal targets meet and exceed expectation therefore generating both enthusiasm and drive for any team members. This position will provide a fast track opportunity for the successful applicant to progress further up the management structure should they have the desire and drive. Purpose The role of a Recruitment Team Leader is to meet or exceed gross profit targets, ensuring that sales and profitability meets and exceeds personal and team targets. This will include but not be limited to:- Recruitment Process Management and develop of Client relationships across all customers in the division; client vacancy fulfilment; candidate selection and management; interview process; rate negotiations and offers; exploitation of New Business opportunities Management Responsibility *Management and total responsibility for the performance and compliance of the team *Managing staff personal development plans *Development and execution of divisional growth plans *Interview and selection of internal staff Staff Development Responsibility *Full responsibility for performance to target of all team members *Identification of team training needs / development *On-going evaluation and monitoring of progress *Generation and implementation of client based strategies across the team *Support and coaching of team members around the use / implementation of the company's sales strategy.
