In this role as HR Operations Team Leader you will report to the HR Operations Manager and will be responsible for leading a team of HR Administrators. The HR Operations team are vital to the success of the HR service, they provide a full range of HR Administrative support to Managers and Employees from 1st line enquiries to more complex issues. As the team leader you will be responsible for monitoring volumes and managing workloads and delegating tasks efficiently and effectively. You will have strong stakeholder management skills as you will need to build relationships across the entire organisation, you will have a proven process improvement mindset always looking for ways to streamline and improve the HR service the team provides to the business. You will be able to demonstrate where you have introduced and managed SLA's and produced management information to aid decision making.
