Working with a leading manufacturing company, we have an urgent requirement for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our client for a temporary period for at least two months.

Job Description:

Working as part of a team of 3, you will be responsible for duties as follows:

  • Process supplier invoices for 3 businesses
  • Matching invoices
  • Reconciliations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong purchase ledger experience
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Strong IT skills
  • Down to earth, confident and robust personality

Interested candidates must be available for an immediate start.

This role would suit people with the following experience: Purchase Ledger Administrator, Purchase Ledger Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable.

The position is based in Stoke on Trent and is commutable from Stoke on Trent, Longton, Blythe Bridge, Stone, Uttoxeter, Newcastle under Lyme

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Salary: GBP9.50 per hour
