The Branch Administrators role is permanent - so commitment to the temporary period as well as a transfer to be a permanent member of staff is imperative.

Key requirements and job role functions:

  • Varied branch administrators role for a the head office of a private SME company
  • Assist in planning, coordinating the service delivery of machines and contract services
  • Scheduling and co-ordinating staff and making sure all documentation is in place
  • Communicating and dealing with a variety of engineers and operational staff in a professional manner
  • Maintain database records accurately
  • Assisting the senior Branch Administrator to run an effective branch admin service
  • Completion of ordering and invoice information
  • Maintaining confidential files in excel and word
  • Assisting with paperwork in relation to audits
  • Accuracy and speed are of paramount importance
  • Professional and mature approach
  • Self-starter and strong initiative

Permanent salary GBP17-18,000 12 weeks temporary to permanent period

GBP8.70 -GBP9.20 an hour temporary rate

Hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week (with some flexibility)
