Our prestigious client based in Burton-On-Trent, Staffordshire are seeking a Quality and Process Officer to work 37 hours p/w, Monday - Friday. This opportunity will work on an ongoing temporary basis and is looking to pay a rewarding salary of GBP19,370 pa.

Duties for the successful candidate:

• Provide support to the management team and operational teams on Quality Management Systems (QMS) and procedures

• Provide administration and co-ordination of key Quality Assurance and in house processes

• Provide a proactive approach to quality assurance activities within the company to ensure continuous improvement

• Support internal audits to ensure compliance to set policy and process. Supporting internal audit evaluation, providing information both statistical and narrative reports identifying non-compliance issues and organise appropriate corrective actions

• Check internal audits are in place and adhered to, working with colleagues to support compliance. Monitor compliance to set processes and expected service standards of quality

• Report regularly to the Support Services Manager on certain matters

• Work closely with the operational teams to ensure data is collated effectively to improve quality and performance

• Assist the management team in the design, development and review of performance and quality processes and activities

Attributes of the successful candidate:

Educated to level 3 or relevant work experience in a quality assurance environment

GCSE maths and English

Knowledge and understanding of quality systems

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases

Understanding of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance Systems

Understanding of regulatory requirements

Experience working with information: producing reports and the ability to articulate the impact in an accessible and concise manner
