Package description
  • Salary up to GBP23,000 depending on experience
  • Unit open 6 days per week closed on Sundays
  • 40 hours per week, between 7am - 7pm

Main responsibilities

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Costa Store Manager to lead and manage a motivated, trained team with the appropriate skills to deliver a profitable store and ensure all budget targets and KPI's are not just achieved but exceeded. Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day to day business, you'll maximise the performance of your team. Leading by example and setting high standards, you'll enhance sales and provide our customers with great service.

As a Costa Store Manager, you will oversee 1 licensed Costa outlet at Coventry University. You will be responsible for a team of 14 staff, across a 6 day operation to not only achieve but exceed forecasted sales.

Ideal candidate
  • Experience in a branded coffee managment or assistant management role
  • Work well under pressure and to enjoy working in a busy environment
  • Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health & Safety
  • Standards and quality driven management style
  • Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
  • Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
  • Financial and commercial acumen
  • Computer literate
  • A 'Can do' attitude
