Customer Service Agent - Temp to Perm
A Customer Service Agent is required to provide the highest standards of customer service to this automotive company's diverse customer base. The role will be based at their offices in Birmingham Business Park.
The role is initially temporary but will become permanent if performance is satisfactory.
The Customer Service team is very much viewed by the business as the talent pool for the future and brings all the opportunities a global organisation can offer.
Successfully shortlisted applicants for the Customer Service Agent role will be required to undertake a telephone and face-to-face interview with ASC and complete some online tests. If you are successful, you will attend the assessment centre at the company on the 19th October, 2017.
The key requirements/duties for the Customer Service Agent include:
- Customer interaction, face to face and telephone, resolving queries
- Managing orders through to delivery
- Managing customer queries through to resolution
- Handling orders/deliveries and communicate any changes
- Team Player
The successful Customer Service Agent will ideally have previous experience of a similar role, preferably within a business to business environment, along with good computer skills including Microsoft packages and be educated ideally to A level standard but this is not essential.
