Responsibilities:

  • Managing Purchase ledger
  • Match, batch, coding invoices
  • Control and reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Processing a high volume of invoices
  • Running payment runs
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Daily reconciliation
  • Contacting the various departments by telephone or email
  • Other ad-hoc duties

The Successful Candidate will:
