We are currently recruiting for Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Advisor's to work for a well-established company based in the Hanley area. The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide a great customer experience at every interaction with the customer, providing information and guidance over the telephone in order to service their needs.

Experience is desirable, You must be outgoing with a bubbly personality and a high degree of professionalism.

Key Accountabilities

You will be taking Incoming telephone calls relating to customers wishing to purchase products and taking payments over the phone.

Adhere to all relevant process and procedures, including the full authentication of customers.

You will have the ability to build relationships, rapport and demonstrate empathy, whilst possessing the ability to up-sell products.

Most importantly you will possess a "CustomerFirst" attitude.
