Your new role
Supporting the Assistant financial controller, you will be responsible for a variety of purchase ledger duties. You will take responsibility for the purchase ledger process to include:
- Dealing with multiple ledgers
- Processing and coding invoices
- Gaining authorisation for invoices
- Preparing payment runs
- Supplier reconciliation
- Other adhoc purchase ledger duties
What you'll need to succeed
Previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential, with a good understanding of the Purchase Ledger process. You will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of financial systems and advanced Excel. Strong communication skills are essential.
