You will be working for a global business with a strong network in the UK, and base in the Coventry office. Working within the logistics sector, this is fast paced organisation that supports a network of clients based in the UK and overseas.
Your new role
The purpose of your role is to support the customer services manager in the delivery of an efficient customer service process. You will perform data analysis and administrative monitoring as required. You will provide professional reports & reviews complete with overview/commentary for internal and external customers. You will provide feedback to help enhance the level of service they provide and to be responsible for the usage and development of their customer service system by the customer service team. The position will involve working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be resilient, enthusiastic, passionate about customer service and driven. You must be able to provide highly professional customer facing reports with well written summary data. You must have excellent written communication and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate confidently with peers and key stakeholders in the business. Qualifications in Business Information Technology, Economics, Statistics and Mathematics are desirable. Must have good business English (written and verbal), good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
What you'll get in return
