Branch Manager - Commercial Industrial - Solihull

The Package:
Basic 25-35K plus commision individual and team based. Company Car Free Parking, Private Healthcare after a qualifying period. Annual leave 20 days per year rising to 25 with service. Quarterley prizes for achievement.

The Role:
Now seeking a Branch Manager to manage warm commercial/industrial branch in the Solihull area. The branch is currently a two strong team covering both commercial and industral temps and perms. Someone with strong business development skill is preferred as of course the order of the brif is to generate more revenuse for this million turonver branch.

Person Spec:
Applying candidates will have a healthy proactive approach to their working life and a real desire to achieve targets and to learn further about the recruitment industry. The role is to generate gross profit, ensuring that sales and profitability meets and exceeds personal and team targets. This will include but not be limited to:
Manage and Develop existing client relationships
Identify and develop new Client relationships
Identify and exploit new business opportunities within Client base
Fulfilment of Client Vacancies
Candidate selection
Interview arrangements
Managing rate negotiations and offers
Candidate Management
