Job title: Office Administrator
Salary:£16,000 - £18,000
My Client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their growing team. You will need have a good working knowledge of SAGE, be able to produce weekly sales and purchase ledgers and document staff attendance reports.
- Record all purchase, sales, bank transfers and any other invoices.
- Produce weekly sales and purchase ledger reports.
- Create welcome letters and emails, direct debit instruction letters to new and existing clients.
- Complete any ad-hoc duties in request to anyone at C Level and above.
- Handle any incoming and outgoing post.
- Produce pay slips, match up holiday calendars and any other duties in relation to pay roll.
- Ensure company is collecting its current and old debts.
- Highly organised
- Team player
- Able to use initiative
- Good working knowledge of SAGE
