IT Service Desk Advisor
Brook Street are currently recruiting I.T. Service Desk Advisers in Telford.
We have 12 opportunities to work full time hours from Monday to Friday.
You MUST have Customer Service experience.
There will be a two week intense training course that will cover everything you need to do the job.
As part of the IT Help Desk you will be focussed on the customer, providing excellent customer service at all times.
You will be expected to:
' Provide 1st Line Support on all incoming incidents
' Correctly record an assignment of all incidents
' Quality data transfer into Know-How
' Effective and proactive management of case loads
' Provide and maintain excellent customer service
' Escalation as appropriate
' Participate in Team Meetings
' IT Service Desk policies and procedures
' Contribute initiatives to Continuous Improvement Programme
' Timely and accurate updates to Clarity
You will be expected to have good interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service.
Previous IT experience desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Lunch breaks are paid.
Central location easily accessible using public transport.
