SERVICE DESK ANALYST / 1ST LINE SUPPORT/ 9 MONTHS FTC / £22,000 - 24,000 I am currently recruiting for a 1st line support Service Desk Analyst on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract basis to work with a global law firm based in Birmingham. This position will be to work as team to provide service desk support to over 1,500 lawyers around the world. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast pace environment to provide excellent customer service for 1st line queries via telephone, email and customer portal. You will be required to work on a weekly shift rotation ranging between 07:00-15:00 to 14:00-22:00, where by a shift allowance is paid on certain shifts outside normal working hours.
