My Client is a Nationally based Recruitment agency specialising within the Medical sector, based in Birmingham. They are seeking a proactive, confident and ambitious individual to join their ever growing team as Payroll Liaison Officer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Administration of client portals and reconciliation of time sheets billed through IQX (CRM) compared to shifts and hours entered onto the relevant portal
  • Reporting weekly on the difference between hour/rates to be paid on weekly payment report downloaded from the portal and time sheets invoiced in IQX
  • Adhoc credit control duties include chasing and reconciling accounts during busy periods.
  • Dealing with all payroll / financial queries for both candidates and consultants
  • Liasing with payroll and finance departments to ensure payments are made correctly and investigate and deal with any issues
  • Checking, authorising and sending timesheets to correct departments and identifying and preventing any issues that are likely to cause delay in payments. Online timesheets entered and monitored for different client systems
  • Updating computer system to reflect updates in rates and billings, changing pay type, creating and amending jobs and solving any queries that appear on consultant's query logs
  • Consultant training sessions both in person and over conference call to communicate any relevant information or changes to the payroll process
  • Customer service. Daily calls and emails from candidates and consultants responded to
  • Liase with Umbrella Limited Companies and the finance department to solve issues
  • Advising on any client invoice issues
  • Liase with compliance department to ensure any issues that may affect candidate's payroll are communicated and dealt with
