Apply now for the opportunity to become the Head of Clinical Governance, Quality and Compliance based in Birmingham for a national domiciliary care provider. Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical governance, quality and compliance across the organisation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overall responsibility of the clinical governance for the organisation and ensuring branches are fully compliant and in line with CQC regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing leadership and direction to the quality and compliance teams and the clinical governance.
  • Ensuring comprehensive strategies and procedures are in place which are implemented across the organisation.
  • Carrying out regular clinical audits, draw up and monitor action plans.

    The ideal person for this role will have:

  • An Active PIN and be a Registered Nurse
  • Experience of Clinical Governance within a Homecare setting.
  • Experience and strong knowledge of CQC within Homecare.
  • Motivated and Driven to achieve excellence.
  • Access to your own vehicle with a full divers licence.
