Robert Half are working with a vibrant, exciting and dynamic company to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary contract. The client is looking for a motivated individual, with a dynamic and energetic approach to the role. The successful candidate will be expected to work individually as well as part of a team.


  • Managing purchase ledger
  • Matching, batching, coding and processing high volumes of invoices
  • Control and reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Daily reconciliations
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Efficiently communicating with the various departments by telephone or email

The Successful Candidate will:

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Have experience in a fast paced environment
  • Be confident in manipulating large volumes of data
  • Have strong communication skills

This role will last for 3 months on temporary basis. The client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and add value from the first day. It will start as soon as possible and be based in North Birmingham. The role will pay circa £9 per hour dependent on experience.
