Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service Advisor required for our client based in Wombourne.
Due to our clients continued growth and success, our client is now looking to hire a Customer Services Advisor, who will ensure all sales and administrative tasks are accomplished efficiently to the highest standard.
The main part of the position will be to take in-bound calls and email enquiries - to assess the enquiry and pass it to the relevant advisor.
Full training on products will be given.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
? Answering the phone and assessing the customer?s needs by either processing an order or passing it on to the relevant advisor.
? Maintaining the customer enquiry ticket system.
? Validate customer details and process new orders
? Assist customers with their accounts and orders
? Accurately enter data onto the in-house database and internal system
? Liaise with other departments and external agencies
? Organising, filing and logging enquiries
? Ad hoc duties as required
? Experience of Microsoft Office applications, proficient use of Word and Excel
? An ability to prioritise workflow volumes and self-organise
? A desire to develop own skills set
? Team player with excellent communication skills
? Accuracy and attention to detail
? Any technical experience is desirable but not essential
? Excellent telephone manner
? Good oral and written communication skills required
Knowledge of online customer service or sales would be advantageous.
This role is an immediate start on a temporary basis.
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
28 days holiday inc. std bank holidays
Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience.
