Senior Network Engineer
Auria is a joint venture between International Automotive Components and Shanghai Shenda Co. LTD. It is the world?s second largest supplier of acoustic and soft trim automotive products. The Company consists of 27 manufacturing facilities with approximately 7,000 employees globally.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Network Engineer at our Coleshill and Hams Hall plants reporting to the Global Infrastructure lead. The successful applicant will possess the commitment, passion and drive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing operational support to the existing IT Infrastructure.
You will provide an interface to customers and suppliers at all levels to develop technical relationships striving to meet the ever increasing demands. You will develop and implement IT Infrastructure projects and maintain a high level technical knowledge so you are seen as an ?expert? within the Company.
We are looking for a self-motivated and credible individual with a proven track record of management, design, configuration and support of WANs, firewall technologies, LAN/WLAN topologies and enterprise security principles and technologies.
The successful candidate will hold the relevant Cisco certifications and have substantial experience working within a global organisation preferably automotive. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and planning skills. You will be able to establish outstanding relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers which will enable you to resolve any issues. You will provide technical expertise and support for new technologies and network applications in response to business needs.
This role will require global travel to other Auria locations and unsociable hours.
