Our Birmingham based, financial services client is currently seeking a number of Business Analysts to add to their current Insurance Change Delivery team on initial 3 month contracts.

Some of the duties & responsibilities will involve:
- Lead requirements elicitation processes on projects
- Conduct requirements validation with stakeholders and manage the change processes for requirements documentation
- Ensure that there is clear requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Make recommendations to key stakeholders ensuring they are fully aware of key risks and assumptions
- Continually evaluate the quality of all deliverables

Experience required:
- You will need to come into the position with significant experience of digital products in financial services
- A strong financial services/professional services background
- You must be able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
