I am currently working on a wonderful opportunity in the Kidderminster area for a nurse qualified Deputy Manager to join a wonderful senior management team. The home is part of a large healthcare provider who has homes across the country. The home caters for around 40 residents who suffer from Dementia, Eating Disorders, Learning Disability, as well as providing care for some younger adults. The home has an overall 'Good' CQC and is striving to receive an Outstanding rating from the CQC. As the Deputy Manager, you will be required to assist the Home manager in the day-to-day running of the home as well as leading the nursing team to deliver first class care to all residents of the home.

- Valid NMC PIN and Nursing Qualification (RGN or RMN)
- Experience of elderly care and general nursing.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively within a dedicated team.
- Administration of medication.
- Adhere to high standards set by the nursing home.
