My client is an insurance business based in Stratford-Upon-Avon

Description

Your role as a Legal Administrator will involve:

  • Formatting large legal documents
  • General administrative duties
  • Photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing
  • Creating legal documents
  • Answering various phone calls
  • Directing calls
  • Taking messages
  • Replying to email correspondence when required

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have ideally worked within a legal assistant role previously
  • Have ideally worked within an insurance role previously
  • Possess a firm knowledge of various legal documents
  • Be confident in their formatting skills
  • Have a firm knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages

Job Offer

£16,000-£18,000 pro rata
