Your new role
You will be managing a small team of HR Advisors within a shared service environment. The team provide support to a diverse and UK wide workforce with operational HR, resourcing and training and development activities. You will be ensuring that the team deliver a first class service, have a consistent approach and meet SLA requirements. Alongside this you will liaise with third party providers.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a experienced HR generalist who has staff management experience, ideally gained in a shared service environment. This is an immediate requirement, so candidates should be immediately available, or free on short notice.
