Finance Assistant/Human Resources Assistant
This is a newly created role due to extensive growth in the business.
Based in Derbyshire, this position of Finance and Human Resource Assistant will be an integral part of the business. Reporting to the Finance Manager, Managing Director and Operations Manager you will certainly be across all aspects of the business.
The role will be split almost 50/50 between finance support and human resources so the ideal candidate will need mathematical brain for finance and approachability for human resources! Experiencing huge growth at the moment, this is the perfect time to join the business. Duties are responsibilities will include:
- Weekly management accounts
- Preparing sales invoices and purchase orders
- Debt collecting
- Monthly and weekly payroll
- Management of cash flow
- Budgets and forecast
- HR Compliance
- Recruitment and selection
You must have advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, have experience with Sage v50 and have exceptional administrative and communication skills.
