Family Law Solicitor
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a multi award-winning firm of Solicitors with a strong presence in Derbyshire. It is for their Derby office that they are looking to take on a Full-Time Solicitor to join their busy Family Team.
Our client has a reputation for using their technical skills to help clients achieve their goals efficiently as possible. For this reason, the successful candidate would ideally have 3-4 years PQE exclusively in the field of Family Law. This is only a guideline, however, and applications with less PQE but the relevant experience will also be considered.
The firm solely deal with Private Client work, and thus experience in this area would be desirable and certainly beneficial to any applications.
The role will typically involve (but will not be limited to): managing a full case load independently, conducting advocacy to include the Children Act 1989 and Financial Remedy Proceedings, use the office CMS and be actively involved in marketing and business development.
The role offers flexibility on salary and this will be dependent on experience - the firm are keen to take on the right person to match the current environment.
