Hollyfield Personnel are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and hard working Administrator to join their client based on Fradley Park in Lichfield.

This role requires a fast paced and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, able to manage a busy switchboard alongside completing administrative duties.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting a busy maintenance team
  • Coordinating work
  • Processing invoices and raising delivery notes
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Updating internal databases and systems
  • Overseeing and managing a busy switchboard
  • Handling customer queries and directing calls appropriately

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in Administration
  • Must be able to drive due to location
  • Strong IT Skills - able to pick up new systems with ease
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work on own initiative and in a fast paced environment

Hours of Work:

9am - 5:15pm Monday to Thursday

9am - 4pm Friday

Salary:

£15,000 - £17,500 per annum DOE
