THC Care is a busy well established domiciliary care provider offering tailor made care services packages designed to meet the clients individual needs .

Due to expansion and the demands of the business we are now recruiting for a Care Coordinator for our new Walsall office to roster the scheduling of care visits.

Principal Responsibilities

To co-ordinate the weekly rotas for care workers

To carry out general office duties, answer telephone, in line with your job requirements.

To provide hands on care to Service Users.

To provide out-of-hours /ad hoc care service as required.

The Person

This is a very busy domiciliary agency delivering over 3000 hours of care a week The successful person must have previous Care Co-ordinating experience and happy to also give hands on care as part of this role. You will need to have a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.

A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is crucial for this position.

To apply you must have:

·Minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care

··Experienced Care Co-ordinator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

··Experienced in scheduling the weekly rota /Administration experience

··Excellent organisational skills including knowledge of the Walsall borough

··Fully conversant with Care System – CM2000 - Preferred but not essential.

·Fully IT Conversant in the following packages: Microsoft Office

Hours of work:

Shift patterns over a 7 day working week between the hours of 6am-11pm, based on 4 days on/3 days off. Flexibility is required to meet the operational demands of the business.
