Working on behalf of a Birmingham based primary school we are recruiting to a part time three day a week term time only Finance Officer role to start in November 2017.
Reporting into the School Business Manager you will be responsible for assisting with budget management and reporting, submission of returns and reconcilliations, entering transactions onto FMS, processing journals, raising and sending POs, processing invoices and cheques, organising payments to suppliers, maintaining accurate supplier details on FMS, resolving any creditor queries, bank reconcilliations, managing administration and payments for school trips and dinner money, processing cheques or cash received directly and taking to bank.
This is a part time three day a week contract working term time only salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
You must have experience of working in a finance position within a school it is essential you hold experience and knowledge of using FMS and SIMS for this position.
