Project Manager - Leicestershire - circa £48k + benefits
Our client is a highly respected market leader in the design and manufacture of special purpose machinery, conveyors, and automation related products.
As a result of increasing orders and strengthening work flows, we are now seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join an existing team, selling and overseeing the design, build, warranty and maintenance of the company's products.
The company is seeking to expand their repertoire and client base, and as such the role will require the Project Manager to have a strong technical understanding of robots and robotic applications, and have previously sold similar equipment to the Process and Manufacturing sectors (including food, automotive etc.)
The majority of the company's sales are of standardised machines, however as the company also produce bespoke items, there is a requirement for the Project Manager to fully understand the needs of the customer and the functionality of the equipment required, before relaying that information back to colleagues.
This is a permanent role, and represents an opportunity to join an excellent and established company, that designs and manufactures high quality machinery.
Their will be an expectation to travel to meet with customers UK-wide, as well as potentially internationally, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Expected salary is circa £48k (commensurate with experience), coupled with an opportunity to join the Company's profit-share scheme.
