We are seeking an experienced Administrator to work on a part-time basis, Thursday's and Friday's, from offices in Birmingham. Our client is well-established electrical distribution network operator with over 7 million customers throughout the UK. Duties will include Coordinating the team's response to Network FaultsResponding to customer enquiries both verbally and in writingAssisting the Team Manager with work programmingThe inputting of data into the appropriate data base as support to the Field TeamAssisting other Team Members as and when required The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing, with customers and other team members and must be able to represent the company positively at all times.You must be reliable, well organised and be able to work as part of a small team and you must be able to work using your own initiative.
