Are you experienced in appointment making/sales and looking for a new challenge? Are you looking for a Part Time role? Due to expansion, Kingscroft are looking for a Telephone Appointment Co-Ordinator to work on a part time basis (2/3 days a week). Ideally, the candidate will have experience working within a construction office environment. My client, based in the Lichfield area, are offering a starting rate of £9 Per Hour but would increase this for an experienced candidate, there is also a bonus/commission structure should you win certain contracts or consistently hit targets. This role would suit a candidate who is a motivated sales person/appointment maker looking to take on a part time role within the construction industry. Targeting existing and new clients, you will be working towards the goal of scheduling appointments for Surveyors to meet with the customer. The company itself are industrial and commercial roofing refurbishment specialists, working on a range of operations for its customers including; sheeting, cladding, roof lights, waterproofing, guttering and felting. The company have a great client base and the telesales database is regularly kept up to date to keep the appointment makers organised. The ideal candidate will be experienced in: - Working with databases. - Computer literate. - Telesales/Appointment making. - General Admin duties. The Role: - Contacting new and existing customers by telephone to arrange appointments. - Keeping the company database up to date and maintained. - Inputting appointments into the electronic diary. - Working closely with Surveyors and Sales Manager. - General office duties. - Compiling of literature packs, label writing and dispatching. - Meetings with staff to develop sales. - Business development arrangements with Managing Director This role would suit somebody who is local and looking for part time work who has come from an administration/sales background and is looking to get back into work or find a new role. Experience working in an office environment is a must, working within construction would be advantageous. Working hours would be 9am-5pm for the 2/3 days you would be working.
