We presently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative who will ensure that all Customer orders and all related enquiries for Spare parts in the Aftermarket are successfully managed for Engine Control Services and Actuation Systems. Summary of Role: Ensure that all Customer orders and all related enquiries for Spare parts in the Aftermarket are successfully managed for Engine Control Services and Actuation Systems. Key activities: Order management, both electronic and manual. Understanding of all customer expectations and requirements on those orders, including proactive management of Customer order books and credit status reports. Communication of specific Customer priorities to the Business Units and proactive identification and resolution of operational performance issues on orders and deliveries. Attendance at Customer meetings & internal Business Unit meetings. Liaise with Third Party shipper with reference to shipments. Customer Returns - actively pursue customer resolution on returns. Customer quotes - work with the Business Units to ensure quotes are managed to customer satisfaction. Support ongoing or ad-hoc project work. Experience: The ideal candidate will have worked in a Customer facing role before and will ideally have also used SAP. Personal Attributes: Able to confidently manage customer expectations. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels. Ability to deal with continuous change. Action focused, driven to deliver and sustain results.
