Celesio UK, a pioneering provider of integrated healthcare services, have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Supply Chain function in Coventry, CV2.

This established team is at the heart of the action, developing reporting solutions and working closely with relevant stakeholders and Network teams to ensure business requirements are met. The successful applicant will be heavily involved in the end-to-end process changes to support the operational reporting and data delivery to monitor changes within the AAH Supply Chain Network.

As the Operation Intelligence Analyst, he/she will be responsible for supporting the supply chain and Network teams in the delivery of customer service and efficiency goals. He/she will be expected to provide analytic support to the Supply Chain network and key internal stakeholders to help drive better supply chain outcomes.

A key element of this post will be to develop and maintain a suite of dashboards / reports and KPIs, whilst supporting continuous improvement projects to enable better understanding of data, outcomes and key performance measures.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Providing analytic support to key supply chain stakeholders. Extracting data from core systems and developing Excel tools to analyse data and create dashboards to identify areas of opportunity, model change impacts and provide insight.Develop and maintain a suite of routine supply chain performance KPIs. Providing high quality information to stakeholders in line with time requirements.Providing data modelling capability to explore “what if” scenarios, whilst providing insight and recommendation outcomes to stakeholders.Become a recognised subject matter expert in supply chain MI systems and data interrogation.Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a large supply chain function, and understand the core principles of supply chain processes. To succeed in this role, he/she will be highly numerate/analytical, with the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of basic statistical analysis and be comfortable handing large volumes of data.

The Operations Intelligence Analystwill be an expert user in Excel, with proven experience in manipulating “big data” via Excel spreadsheets. He/she will also have an ability to write Visual Basic macros at a basic level with a view to improving this skillset.

This role is perfect for an Analytical professional that has a real passion for delivering great outcomes for customers with a strong continuous improvement mind-set. The successful applicant will possess excellent analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills, and be able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
