Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join the team based in Ledbury. You will be on a part time 1 year fixed term contract and recieve a competitive salary.

Since opening in 1984, our client has been providing the highest quality of care, free of charge, to the local community. The same community has worked tirelessly to generate the funds needed to make all the care possible. Their multi-disciplinary team at works together to help patients and their families adjust to the inevitable changes that life-limiting illnesses bring. This means that their doctors and nurses help to relieve symptoms and control pain; physiotherapists and occupational therapists work with patients and carers to find techniques to help them continue living independently; and their other professionals are able to assist with worries about money or housing, offer spiritual guidance and support with emotional upheaval. Our client also has 18 shops and warehouses across Herefordshire and into the surrounding counties.

As their Charity Retail Shop Manager you must have a passion for retail, a knack for identifying opportunities for growth, a good understanding of the industry and the ability to increase revenue and income potential.

Their ideal Charity Shop Manager:

- Strong interpersonal and selling skills

- Excellent customer service and rapport building skills

- Good people management skills

- Their Charity Shop Manager will need hands-on leadership skills

- High energy and a passion for the industry

- Two years’ experience in a management role (not essential)
