Job Title: PLM Process Analyst
Experience: Previous experience of working in the Project Support / Project Coordination role in a large company
Rate: From £12.00 to £14.14 per Hour Ltd Co.
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
*PLM Process Analyst (Change Management, Risk and Issue Management):
*This role will support the delivery of projects and their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies.
*This role will involve the coordination of a programme risk and issues register and change request process.
*Typically, this will involve the management of the triage process; providing support and facilitating the process with owners and stakeholders; facilitating the management reporting and escalation processes.
*The purpose for this role is to support the delivery of specific projects to time, cost and quality, though the identification and management of as many risks as possible and to control all activities in order to ensure the projects are successfully completed.
1) Previous experience of working in the Project Support / Project Coordination role in a large company
2) Good understanding of project management principles
3) Good communication and organisational skills
*Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred.
*An individual who is results driven with the ability to deliver operational plans in a highly demanding environment
*An individual with the ability to prioritise their work load
*A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas
*An effective team player who supports team members
*Resilient and enthusiastic, an individual able to deliver results under pressure.
*Demonstrable experience of process improvement and working in a project support role
*Experience of working in a manufacturing or automotive environment
*Experience of metric and reporting delivery to support programme delivery
*40 Hours per week with 3:30pm finish on Fridays
