Responsible for the overall Testing engagement, leading global teams of Amdocs, Sub-Contractors and customer and growing the testing business with the customer.

What will your job look like?

·You will manage the overall testing scope and maintain its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives; set program plan, set priorities, ensure optimization, and resolve conflicts to enhance effectiveness towards the business result or strategic intent.

·You will ensure the testing team remains effective and engaged in a matrix by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship, to ensure complete testing program results.

·You will manage all service aspects of the testing P&L based on the account governance guidelines.

·You will build partnerships with the CBE (Customer Business Executive) and SP (Service Partner) teams to maintain holistic, end-to-end services to the customers.

·You will build credibility, value, and relationships while maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders at multiple levels; both internal and external.

·You will drive implementation of the innovative tools and practices in order to ensure Amdocs remains the leading service company and can withstand 3rd parties competition

All you need is...

·7-10 years of experience leading large software testing teams in a production oriented environment

·8 years of experience in delivering testing services or project management execution.

·Proven experience in Business Development and growth

·Experience with customer-facing activities.

·5 years of experience working in telecommunications industries

·Experience in managing projects in a global setup (multi-countries).
