We have a fantastic new opportunity for an Administrator to work in our Technical Support department. The successful candidate will be involved in:
Answering Technical Support direct telephone line, log the call on our in house IT system.
Managing the Technical Support Group email account, log emails on our in house IT system.
Generating non-technical complaint cases.
General administration: file department worksheets, taking minutes and maintaining department stationary.
Booking flights, hotels, train etc. for Technical Support Group or customers.
Assisting the Customer Service Administrators with the organisation and setup of customer training courses, including providing training material. .
•Previous experience in customer facing role.
•Computer literate – Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint
•Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
•Good written skills
•To be organised and efficient.
•Professional in working environment
•Friendly and Approachable
•The ability to work as part of a team.
