Legal Secretary - Commercial Property

A very well renowned Legal 500 listed practice is keen to recruit a Legal Secretary to the firms' Commercial Property Team which is based at the firms' very well established office in Stratford-upon-Avon.

The firm has a solid reputation for acting for private individuals and privately owned commercial operations, largely dealing with high net worth families, landowners, farmers and wealthy business persons and has an excellent reputation within the market. It is held high esteem within the farming community and the firm has forged strong links with a plethora of land owners and farming families over the years.

Due to sustained growth, the Real Estate Team is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary to provide assistance and support to a partner and two solicitors. You will produce a variety of documentation and attend clients both in person and on the telephone as well as produce bills and deal with other financial administration. You will manage individual diaries and undertake a variety of general administration matters to include planning and organising meetings, making travel arrangements and organising and maintaining departmental filing systems and document storage.

It is vital applicants have an accurate typing speed of 60+ wpm, have had previous experience as a legal secretary within another solicitors practice and be confident organising large volumes of documents.
