Your new role
You will be the point of contact for visitors and clients both face to face and over the phone. You'll be responsible for internal and external meeting rooms, room preparation and stock management. You will provide full administrative support to the Business Manager and be involved in business wide projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Good understanding and experience of Microsoft Office including Excel is essential as is strong written and verbal communication skills. You will need the ability to prioritise effectively, be flexible, resourceful and have a passion to learn new skills. You must have a full UK driving licence and use of your own car.

Basic salary is IRO £17,500 and holiday entitlement is 25 days plus public bank holidays.
