In order to meet the standards, you will need to support the overall Q process for all basic sales activity. This will achieved by managing customer build information, liaising with manufactures to provide status reports as well as raising invoices and managing Q data. You must be able to produce sign-off sheets for customer orders and deal with any customer specifications.
