About the IT Support Analyst Role:

*You'll be reporting into the Infrastructure Manager your role as IT Support Analyst will be to provide 1st line Service Desk based support to colleagues within the business
*Providing assistance to IT users in relation to equipment such as their PC, telecoms systems etc
*Administration tasks within Active Directory, such as setting up user accounts
*Monitoring systems and servers
*Ensuring all records and documentation is up to date and current
*Performing software and hardware upgraded when required

About you as the IT Support Analyst:

*You will demonstrate a range of technical and soft skills experience that you have developed in previous comparable 1st line, Service Desk or Help Desk based roles
*Your technical skills will include a knowledge of networking, VMware, MS Exchange and SQL Server knowledge
*Previously working with Server 2012 and 2008
*You'll also be confident handling calls and emails from colleagues to provide support in a professional and timely manner, able to build internal relationships with stake holders and colleagues at all levels within the organisation
*Able to work to deadline and meet SLA's
*Equally comfortable working autonomously using your own imitative and also under direction when working within the team
